Take heart deary, everyone has the blues from time to time. So, tomorrow night on SingleMindedWomen.com blog talk radio, renowned psychiatrist, Dr. Keith Ablow, will offer advice on how to beat the holiday blues so you can enjoy the holidays rather than dread them. And, Dr. Keith will also have a special follow-up article on dealing with loneliness during the holidays on Nov. 27th on SingleMindedMoms.com.
